Orchard Press – serving our customers for 25 years…
In the 25 years that have passed, Orchard Press has practised their devotion to excellent customer service to the limit. It may sound corny, but we genuinely love delighting our customers, and we will jump through hoops for them. There is nothing we won’t do to get a customer out of a scrape. Orchard Press tries to see its customers businesses from their point of view, and then provide what they need.
We have launched Orchard Online, a 24/7 order and stock call off facility which allows all our customers to place their orders through our website any time of day or night. Our customers are really loving this new system as it cuts their admin time right down, and eliminates telephone or email tennis.
