Digital printing

Digital printing allows for smaller volume print runs, with faster set-up's and shorter lead times than litho printing.

Our commercial digital presses use dry toner, the Digital Press fuses the image directly onto the paper using heat, meaning your job can move instantly through to our finishing department for a faster turn-around.

Here at Orchard Press, we have invested heavily over the last few years to keep up with the increasing demand for digital print. We have three Ricoh machines on site which are all capable of producing top quality print for any print run too small for the Litho Press or for jobs that are just needed quicker. 

Both our Ricoh 7200 and Ricoh 7100 can print a maximum sheet size of 330mm x 700mm.

The Ricoh 7100 has a unique feature that allows us to produce jobs using a white or clear toner, to see samples or to explore these options feel free to get in touch.
